    Google Confirms Need For CodeZ QR

    Google announced their new Nexus One mobile phone in recognition of the fact that "people increasingly surf the Web on handsets instead of personal computers.” 

    This speaks well for CodeZ QR applications that are being launched by corporations and print service providers in 2010.  CodeZ QR launches mobile phone users to 1to1 web experiences in the easiest manner possible.

    Results Show Recipients ARE Willing To Download QR Readers

    A recent campaign by Letterbox Deals, a coupon catalogue company, shows that consumers are willing to download a QR Code reader in order to more easily engage with printed offers.

    I am often asked, “What are the biggest value adds of 1to1 QR Codes?”  My answers are:

    1.      Lower barriers to response

    a.       Scanning a CodeZ QR is much easier than fat-fingering a URL into a phone or computer keyboard. 

    2.      Increased response rates

    a.       People are much more likely to respond to an ad at the point of initial interest rather than waiting to get to a computer.

    Time to Market Delay Loses High Value Opportunity

    The German creative agency Lukas Lindemann Rosinski recently won an award for their highly creative One-to-many QR ad campaign for Lego's.  This short video highlights the campaign and its results.  The most interesting part of the video is near the end when they discuss the success of the campaign.  These are incredible metrics.

    QR Codes Streamline Application Processing

    The Canadian government has deployed a very ingenious application of QR Codes in their online Adult Passport Application.  In the upper right hand corner of the online application form you will notice a QR Code.  As you enter information in each field on the form the QR code is automatically modified to include each new piece of information.
