Google announced their new Nexus One mobile phone in recognition of the fact that "people increasingly surf the Web on handsets instead of personal computers.”

Sony Ericsson Pre-loading QR Readers - CodeZ QR Value Increases

Sony Ericsson announced this week that it will be pre-loading bar code readers on all of its camera phones.

Now that nearly every major mobile phone manufacturer is pre-loading QR readers, companies with CodeZ QR initiatives have dramatically increased the value proposition of their projects.

BlackBerry's QR Reader Officially Released

RIM has finally officially released BlackBerry Messenger 5.0. BBM 5.0 includes a built in QR Code reader. Leaked versions of the software have been out for several weeks and there have been You Tube videos demonstrating the QR Code reader.
